Quick riceless sushi

Method

Take two seaweed wraps and layer each with a handful of baby spinach, half a small avocado and thinly sliced cucumber. Top with three slices of Prime Smoke smoked salmon shavings (you can also use our Smoked Salmon Slices), roll up, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve with the soy sauce and wasabi conveniently included in the pack.

 

Great for picnics and a fun snack idea for the kids to prepare.
